Biscoff S'mores Hot Chocolate

A serious upgrade to an already delicious classic. This Biscoff S'mores Hot Chocolate combines cookies, toasted marshmallow and chocolate for a delicious and decadent cozy drink.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips melted
  • 1 Biscoff cookie crushed
  • 3-5 vegan marshmallows

Hot Chocolate

  • 1 tbsp Biscoff Cookie Spread
  • 3/4 - 1 cup water boiled
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp toasted marshmallow syrup

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate. Using the stovetop or microwave, melt chocolate chips and pour on a shallow plate. Place the mug upside down and dip the rim in the melted chocolate. Place in fridge or freezer to cool.
  • Boil water and make hot chocolate. Once boiled add 3/4 cup to a mug with 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.
  • Add marshmallows. Cut halfway through the marshmallow lengthwise and place it on the rim of the mug. Use a culinary torch to lightly toast the marshmallow.
  • Add Cookie Butter. Add a dollop (1 tbsp) of cookie butter to a mug. Add the hot chocolate mixture. And use a handheld whisk to combine.
  • Add non-dairy milk. I add 1/2 cup of non-dairy milk to a frother to 1 tsp of toasted marshmallow syrup but that is optional. You could add your milk and syrup right to the cup if you choose.
