Vegan Matcha Eggnog Latte

A creamy and spiced festive holiday beverage.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk I used oat milk
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy eggnog I used Earth's Own Oat Nog
  • 1 - 1.5 tsp matcha powder ceremonial grade
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions
 

  • Heat water.
  • Scoop 1 - 1.5 tsp of matcha powder and gently guide through a fine sieve into a bowl. Add ¼ up of water and whisk until the clumps are gone and the matcha is frothed.
  • Add ice to a glass and pour in ½ cup of non-dairy milk. Then add non-dairy eggnog of choice.
  • Pour in matcha and stir.

Notes

Optional: If you have a milk frother, whip up some cold eggnog foam to top your latte with! I have a little gadget that froths my milks for me and it has upped my latte game. It heats milk and makes both hot and cold foam. Click here for the link!
